I will join you to provide a calming presence, emotional encouragement, and physical comfort techniques to help you manage contractions and promote a positive birth experience. I work collaboratively with your birth team, ensuring effective communication and advocating for your choices. I can guide you through various birthing positions, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to enhance your comfort and confidence.

  • After your baby is born, my full-service doula care extends into the postpartum period, recognizing the significance of a smooth transition into parenthood. I will visit you at home, offering invaluable assistance with breastfeeding support, newborn care guidance, emotional well-being, and self-care practices. I am here to listen, nurture, and provide evidence-based information to empower you in your parenting journey. I can also connect you with local resources and support groups to ensure you have a strong support network.
