A doula is such a blessing in the pregnancy and birthing process. There are a lot of tools to help you thrive through pregnancy and as you give birth you’ll want someone equipped with the right tools in your corner. Most importantly, encouragement and assurance will energize you toward the birthing experience you desire. Ultimately, doula means helper or servant, and I aim to serve and help you throughout the entire process!

Being a part of the first moment of life is a tremendous blessing - this is a powerful moment to take in and truly appreciate! Building a relationship with mom is vital to what I get to do. I want to be able to tailor my support of the birthing process to each mom’s preferences and needs. Each baby is fearfully and wonderfully made, and I aim to help mamas prepare to see and celebrate that through the whole process.
